If you are in 2nd to 4th grade please join us in reading Because of Winn
Dixie. In this book club, students will work through the classic novel,
Because of Winn-Dixie, together through independent and group
reading. Learners will get the chance to discuss the book with peers of
their age as well! This book club will be exciting, engaging and full of tons
of activities. We will be working through this incredible novel and discussing
the life of some of the main characters, judgement, storytelling and much
more. Students will explore the perspective of the author as well as their
own creative imaginative thoughts.
Hello and welcome! My name is Deanna Fischer. I am a third grade teacher. I am currently seeking my masters in Elementary Education and Special Education at Montclair State University. I have a passion to make an impact on students curiosity, creativity and higher level thinking academically, socially and emotionally.
