It can be difficult to begin the thought process on a given topic. However, with inspiration and fun activities writers can gain confidence and gain the skills to write creative pieces! Throughout this course students will be given the building blocks to improve writing and creative writing skills. Once learned, the activities serve as tools that your students can keep using as they write in the future. Students will be given creative prompts to write about an organizational structure to guide them. Some creative writing pieces could be a comic strip, fairytale or learning to write a story just by a single picture. Come join us!
Hello and welcome! My name is Deanna Fischer. I am a third grade teacher. I am currently seeking my masters in Elementary Education and Special Education at Montclair State University. I have a passion to make an impact on students curiosity, creativity and higher level thinking academically, socially and emotionally. My biggest focus in the classroom is teaching to the whole child. You will always see me with a smile on my face! I love to read, play soccer, run and hike when I am not teaching!
