This class aims to introduce the ACT, a college admissions test, to young students of a variety of ages who are curious about gaining admission to college. The class consists of four subunits: English, Math, Reading, & Science. We will spend one lesson on each subunit. The class is intended as an overview of the ACT and is introductory in nature; however, it is considered sufficient for many learners to become well-acquainted with what's tested on the ACT. After receiving this foundational information, students will be offered the opportunity to break down the material in a more detailed fashion with the instructor, if students demonstrate an interest in doing so, in other small group and tutorial classes to be announced.
